Understanding your energy, and mastering it, is essential in today's world. This class will give you the tools to do just that! You’ll be learning and using energy on yourself and the other students in the class. The teachings are based on the Reiki modality and you will be Reiki 1 certified at the end of the class. Please arrive between 8:30am - 8:45am.

When I first took this class, it was the turning point that literally changed my life. So, I continued learning until I became a Certified Master Practitioner and for the last 13 years, I have been teaching others this modality. Normally, I only offer it to my current clients. This time, I felt called to open it up to the public! The energy work is truly special to me and really powerful to learn.

I have taught this class to many students but I am especially excited about this class because of how empowering the teachings have become. Years of perfecting my craft it has allowed me to fine-tune the teachings so that it maximizes your self-growth, energetic channel, and self-healing abilities.

What Is Reiki

Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy. When the ‘Rei’ and the ‘Ki’ are broken down into their two component parts, ‘Rei’ is universal; ‘Ki’ is vital life force energy. Basically, it is the energy that is all around us waiting for us to tap into it.

Reiki is not a religion, as it holds no creed or doctrine. It is a powerful tool for Healing, personal growth, and can help guide you through life. It can help improve the quality of everything you do. So, if healing and personal development is what you want to accomplish, Reiki is for you.

MY BRAIN AFTER PRACTICING ENERGY WORK

These are pictures of Al's brain measured by an EEG (electroencephalogram). It demonstrates Al's powerful ability to control his brain, showing that his mental training techniques are effective. There are many remarkable things to note about the test results. To be able to change--on command (the before and after pictures)--how much of the brain could fire in the prefrontal cortex through all the bands (Gamma - Theta) is outstanding!
